이음1977은 한국 근대건축의 거장으로 불리는 김수근 건축가의 설계를 기초로하여 1977년에 준공된 근대건축자산으로, 개인의 단독주택으로 이용되던 공간을 인천도시공사가 매입, 최소한의 리모델링을 통해 공간조성을 완료하여 시민들에게 개방하였습니다.
IEUM 1977 is a modern architectural asset that was built in 1977 based on the design of Soo-geun Kim, the master of modern architecture in Korea, Incheon Housing and City Development Corporation purchased the asset, which was used as an individual house, and opened it to citizens by completing renovation through minimal remodeling.
